Work Out Style

So I went to the doctor yesterday and I put on like 10-15 lbs since my scale last worked. Even though I have a hair appt this morning I decided to wear workout clothes in attempt to make me feel better and help move my mindset in the right direction.             

                        Whether you’re working out or faking it till you make it- putting a little effort into your workout wear can motivate you and put some pep into your step!
